All players are required to show up to practices and games on time with all necessary equipment. Warm-ups are very important to prevent injury.
Please ensure players have a baseball glove, batting helmet, proper footwear (no sandals, flip-flops, slip-on shoes or boots), proper practice clothing (no jeans or dresses), full uniforms for games, baseball hat, sunglasses and water bottle.
Softball players are required to have a cage on their batting helmet.
